morning meditation:

whatever you think about, or what you feel about – people, things, events…you give power to. you make these things grow when you hold them in your heart or mind and ‘how’ you hold them is crucial.

it sounds strange to some but our feelings have very real power in the physical world.

this is why it is important to practice (and i do mean it is a practice) mindfulness, and remaining present, and ‘checking yourself’, your opinions and attitudes about everyone and most importantly towards your own bad ol’ self. yo.

this is truly where ‘the magic’ that they talk about comes from.

it’s about the thinks and the feels.

for real.
